STRETCH THERAPY sessions
What to Expect at Your STRETCH THERAPY Session
We want you to have the best experience with your stretch therapist during your stretch therapy session. Please wear loose-fitting pants and a shirt to allow for optimal guided movement with your therapist. Don’t forget to wear socks. If you need to change clothes, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to give yourself time to change and check-in.
Your Session Breakdown
Initial Assessment: During the first few minutes, your stretch therapist will assess your goals and any physical limitations.
Guided Stretching: Your stretch therapist will lead you through a series of personalized stretches based on the assessment. This will be the main focus of your session.
Conclusion: To wrap up, your therapist may suggest a personalized stretching program, self-stretching techniques, or both.
