- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as detailed on our Service. Payments for packages are due in full up front. Payments for individual sessions are due immediately following the session.

- Cancellations: We require a 12-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the appointment will result in a charge for that session from your account.

- No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notifying us within the required time frame, you will be charged the full amount for the session.

6. Client Waiver and Health Information

By using our Service, you agree to complete any required health information forms and client waivers prior to your first session. This information is necessary to tailor our services to your specific needs and ensure your safety during sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hamptons Stretch and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hamptons Stretch.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
